Step 5: Confirm Permanent Deletion
If your data download is complete or if you do not need to download the data, then you can click on the two empty boxes at the bottom left of the Delete Your Google Account page and click on the Delete Account option below.
Your Gmail ID and all your Gmail data will be deleted immediately. You will no longer be able to log in to that Gmail ID.
